Verizon Disguising Users With Tricky Terminology

Recently, I was eligible to upgrade my phone, so I decided to pay a visit to Verizon Wireless Online Store. I was extremely surprised that they are requiring every user with a Smart Phone or even semi-advanced phone to get a Data Plan. The only phones that did not require a data plan were the UGLY simple feature phones. The most disguising part of all was that it was showing that the phone is compatible with my plan. So I thought maybe I do not have to pay the required fee because I am not paying that in my current plan, and it says this phone is compatible with my current plan.

Unfair Fees for Loyal Users

I decided to visit my local store to get some clarification. I asked the guy that do I still have to pay for internet when I have it completely blocked from my phone. And he said YES. I said, but I dont need it because almost every where I go has WiFi, so I could use the internet there. He said, you dont have WiFi in your car, what will you do when you are driving.

Here is a hint *I will be DRIVING You are not suppose to surf the web while driving. What a Dumb Ass..

Anyways, I left the store when Verizon staff denied to let me upgrade to a phone without paying an additional $29.99 on my line. I have been with Verizon for almost four years now, and this is how they treat you.

Sorry Verizon, but these unfair fees will definitely hurt your reputation.
