Digg App For The Android Is Now Obtainable!

Following fast on the heels of the Digg iPhone app announcement last week, we are pleased to announce the availability of the official Digg Android app. Starting today, you can download the Digg Android app for free onto any Android device.

There are three different ways to get the Android app: Download Digg by searching for Digg in the Android Market, by scanning this QR Code from your Android phone:

The Digg Android app has been designed for an ideal mobile Digg browsing experience on an Android phone. You can browse and digg stories and comments, and the app supports landscape mode for browsing story titles and pages that load in the in-app browser.

The Digg Android app looks great on newer Android phone models with higher resolution screens like the Nexus One and the Droid.
