Did you ever look at your overwhelming stream of tweets and think boy, I really should follow more people? We didnt think so honestly I collect people to follow and then forget why I clicked on them in the first place or wonder who in the world has enough time to read every tweet in the Twitter river (Twiver).

There will also be suggestions waiting for you on other peoples profile pages. The rationale behind this is that if youre interested in this user, they can show you others you could be interested in as well.
And it wont stop there. Twitter has announced that this feature will soon be made available for developers too. We will be launching an API so third parties can provide these suggestion features in your favorite desktop, mobile, and web applications.
